I’ve always had fast, immediate, and friendly attention from the receptionist at the front desk to the nurses in the back. But, especially, the doctors or nurse practitioner. They take the time to talk to you and explain what they’re doing and why. They ask questions and are sincerely interested in what your concerns are. Like you’ve been coming to see them for a long time. I like how you check back on me to see how I’m doing as well. I would definitely 100% recommend Medpost to anyone I know. They were prompt and got me right in. The on call doctor was good. But as soon as we spoke about my warfin mixing with the amoxaclav 825-125 he was uncertain. Said i needed to contact my coumadin doctor. Wasnt sure how it would react but it might thin it. I was diagnosed with a severe sinus infection. And took a covid test. Which came back negative. But I asked for something for the pain from the severe headaches and cough. He recommended I take Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or advil. Which i said I cant because of the interaction with my warfin and HepC…… So instead of prescribing me something for the headaches and when i sneeze i stayed in pain for days until my doctor got back with me on monday. He could have easily given me something.

What I like about your services. Front Representitive and Medical Attendant was friendly and knowledgeable of the services, time waiting was on point in the front and in the waiting room waiting for the Physician to come in and attend to the problem. The Physician had good bedside manners, that is the most important part of what I look for in a Physician. Thank you Care Sport for your services you provide to your Patients to help them feel better.
