They were very courteous , and friendly , and the doctor took the time to explain what I needed to do , and why he could not help me because I needed to be evaluated by a hospital staff immediately since they had the resources available that his office did not ! I appreciated the time he took to explain what he thought could be the problem , and his knowledge and kindness was deeply appreciated!
