On my visit, everyone at the Medpost was extremely professorial and friendly. I felt as though my complaint was as serious as I believed it to be. The doctor, nurses, and staff treated me with respect and understood the reason why I was there. I received a clear diagnosis and given advice on what I needed to do. I want to thank your team for all their help. Even though I had an appointment, I still felt the wait too long.

It was easy to get in and out quickly without a long wait (20 min). The nurse and doctor were friendly. Pharmacy is right across the street, which made it even more convenient, especially since we don’t live in FL. One suggestion: get rid of the annoying bird sounds at the front desk. Way too loud. Was super distracting and it’s got to drive those receptions nuts!
