Staff was super nice, the clinic was clean, and I didn’t have to wait long. While I was there the staff did have to deal with a bit of a difficult patient (who thought she didn’t have to wear a mask) and they were courteous and kind with her even though they could have lost their patience. The only complaint I have is that when you have a urine sample there is nowhere to leave it in the bathroom – you have to walk out of the bathroom, in full view of everyone in the waiting room, carrying your sample, and then leave it on the counter. I found it to be a bit humiliating. I’d suggest creating some kind of deposit system inside the bathroom.. As complaints go, it wasn’t that big a deal. Just a suggestion. 🙂
