Everyone there is so nice! The entire team, front desk, nurse, and PA are friendly, patient, respectful and helpful. I’ve had never been to a Care Spot before and by chance, I’ve had 2 unrelated visits in the last week. Both visits were great. I felt that my needs were understood and met. Thank you!

Always courteous, get you in and out, diagnosed, and so kind. I also like if you need to go to a specialist they will talk to you about it. Particularly love the caregivers on Beach and Hodges.

Compassion and competence. I was so sick with bronchitis and a sinus infection and I feel like the staff and Dr cared. Because of the number of patients ahead of me the staff suggested my waiting in the car and would call me when my time came up. That helped so I could lay down in the backseat of my car. The Dr also gave rx for albuterol inhaler and rx for severe nausea. The rx levofloxacin was a perfect choice because no other antibiotic works. Thank you for taking care of me
