The tech that did my employment drug test was very nice and friendly. Thisxwas mt post CDL drug test. The first test l had the tech was different. She was not friendly and treated me with an air od suspicion. I would like to add thT the woman answering the phones and greeting patients is a poor excuse for customer service. She is boarderline rude . She appears uninterested in her job and bored by client questions. If it was my clinic l would move her away from people.
