The provider was very knowledgeable and prescribed an antibiotic that was appropriate for me. The whole office staff was very friendly. They took another patient before me which I understand because she had a hand fracture and was more in pain than me. I totally understand.

Dianne Kyle APRN and staff at CareSpot in Oviedo are professional, informative and friendly. They initiate all of the CDC guidelines to ensure you feel safe in their facility. I did have an appointment however an emergency case presented around the same time. The front desk associate continued to keep all of us updated and apologized for the wait at least every 10 minutes. I noted they social distanced in the waiting room as per the guidelines so there were not many other clients waiting. All of the associates and Ms. Kyle APRN exceeded my expectations. Many thanks to all of you who continue to be there for us as we navigate to the other side of this pandemic. Stay safe and thanks so very much!!!!!
