I have always sent our employees to CareSpot for a few years now. It has been a smooth process. Even if we hit a snag, it is cleared up and we move forward. The staff has always been there to support our employees and myself during this difficult time. Our employees do not mind going to CareSpot because they do not have an excessive wait time and they are treated very well.

The staff was very helpful and friendly however when the nurse left the room, I could her her discussing what I told her with another staff member. She sounded indignant that I had a televisit with my primary and he advised that I go to urgent care to have a chest xray to rule out pneumonia. Other than that small incident, I appreciate the service provided.
