I believe my doctor’s name was Carol and unfortunately I don’t remember the nurse’s name, but she had long red hair. Anyhow, both women were amazing, very professional, caring, and listened to all of my concerns. I didn’t feel like I was at Urgent Care- I felt like I was at my primary care doctor who I have been seeing for years. They made me feel very comfortable, and completely eased my concerns for the health care situation that I visited for. I made my appointment online, and I received a text confirming my appointment. I received a text 30 minutes before my appointment letting me know that they were running 20 minutes late. When I arrived for my appointment I was seen immediately.

From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was pleasant, I believe her name was Danielle but I could be mistaken. The gentleman that brought me to the back and took a look at my injuries was very professional and efficient. And then the PA came in and did a wonderful job of suturing up two extremities and gave me clear concise instructions as to post treatment care and was very pleasant as well. I know this probably sounds too good to be true but I either lucked out or this is the standard of care that they have. The caring staff, obviously has 90% to do with the way I was treated.

Friendly prompt greeting! Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. I was triaged, diagnosed and prescriptions called to the pharmacy in a matter of 30 minutes.
