I got in within a few minutes of arriving. My insurance is not recognized in Texas. The staff worked with me to fill correct forms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the entire visit. Would have preferred finding out what was wrong with me. Never been to an Urgent Care that didn’t preform any lab work. Nurse practioner, Romeo, was very informative.

The check-in person, Amanda was friendly and helpful. She was busy when I walked up to the front desk. There were two other front desk staff members that wouldn’t look at me or greet me. The front desk girl, Amanda was multi tasking and I felt bad for her that her co workers did nothing to help her. The back office medical staff are awesome. It was obviously busy, they still took the time to evaluate me thoroughly and I felt they listened to me. They are all so friendly and helpful. I have chosen Care Spot several times over the last few years and appreciate the convenience and good care that me and my family receive.
