I was seen by Dr. Vince Walsh and I’m pleased to inform you how happy I was with his attentiveness and the concern he demonstrated while listening to my complaint. Dr. Vince Walsh was thorough with his exam and he explained why he was prescribing the medications and what the meds were expected to do and what results I should expect from them. He also provided a detailed explanation regarding his diagnosis. I would seriously consider choosing Dr. Walsh the next time I’m ill rather than scheduling an appointment with my PCP. The ease of walking in and being seen so quickly is a sharp contrast compared to waiting in a giant waiting room with dozens of patients such is at MacGreggor Medical Center/Fredericksburg Rd. across from USAA. FYI…Dr. John Walsh is the father of Dr. Vince Walsh. Dr. John Walsh delivered me when I was born on August 22, 1955 at the Santa Rosa Hospital in San Antonio TX. I verified this while talking to Dr. Vince Walsh during my visit! What a small world.

The receptionist was efficient. The nurse was also efficient and nice. The doctor was fantastic. He was very thorough and focused my issues in depth. He discussed long term things to consider to help prevent relapse. I didn’t feel like I was a nuisance for being there.
