The courtesy of the first point of contact, the cleanliness of the facility, including the restroom. The time spent with the triage nurse to find out why I was there. The triage nurse was personable and made me feel comfortable. The Provider was top notch I every way. He was personable and professional in asking questions regarding my issue, and then he thoroughly explained what and why it was affecting me, as well as how to approach getting it resolved. I am feeling so much relief today and on my way to complete health if I follow his guidance. Last but not least, kudos to the nurse that gave me the two shots. I appreciate how gentle you were and they didn’t hurt at all! Thank you all for what you do and serving our community with compassion.
