I went to CareSpot for a PCR test, required to travel to Brazil. I was confused about different types of tests and the attendants at the front desk clarified it for me searching info and giving me the explanation that I needed. This was a lot of professionalism and patience, since I was anxious about the time frame that I had. All the staff who took care of me was really nice and very attentive. I called the morning of my appointment and they were able to get me in right away. I had an infected ingrown toenail and the NP was able to lance it and get rid of most of the pus. She applied a sterile dressing and prescribed an antibiotic. Today is only the second day of antibiotic and you can already see the difference. My toe is less swollen and red. I also received a recommendation for a podiatrist and have an appointment for May 25th. Thank you for relieving my pain.

The check-in process was very easy not too many questions to answer. The staff was professional and friendly and I didn’t wait very long to get seen for my appointment and the nurse practitioner explained things very well to me.
