Excellent. I was exposed to Covid recently and had mild symptoms. I was able to pre-register online for an appointment. I was seen very quickly and tested quickly. (positive). A doctor called me when the results came in to discuss the positive result, assess my current symptoms and reassure me. I don’t believe I have ever been called by and Urgent Care facility after a visit, although I know Covid represents unusual circumstances. Still, going above and beyond is impressive. I will recommend and CareSpot will be my care facility of choice in the future. The only small note: when checking in, the office is wide open and visitors can hear every discussion. There are times when a person’s symptoms or issues may need to be private. It was the only uncomfortable part of the process. Not sure what a good solution is, but I would not want to broadcast some issues or overhear that someone else does not have insurance or wasn’t sure how they were going to pay. Just a thought.
