Staff is always pleasant and the convenience of same day appointment is helpful when not feeling well. The physicians I have seen have all been excellent caregivers and the facility on US 1 in Saint Augustine is always clean.

Very pleasant experience – both the nurse and the Dr who saw me were so kind and informative. I had an appointment and there was no wait time for me. It was a very smooth and pleasant process. I would recommend the St Augustine CareSpot to family & friends.

I liked that when I arrived the waiting room was clean and no one was waiting. My mother was seen right away. We went to get an x-ray of her ankle. When the doctor examined her, he noted that her oxygen saturation, blood pressure and heart rate were low. He was immediately concerned and recommended we take her to the ER because those vital signs were all too low. I really appreciate that he paid attention to those details and recommended a more thorough evaluation. I would use Care Spot again.
