Barbara at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner Lisa Henderson was so nice and accommodating. She really made you feel she cared and listened to my concerns. The flow of the appointment was very smooth. I was worried because this was my first time here since Covid but this team made it seem effortlessly.

I was a walk-in, so expected a considerable wait to be seen, but it was better than anticipated. Every person I had contact with was remarkable proficient, professional, courteous and caring. My medical attendant, Shelby, gave me options on how we could proceed with my health issue and explained everything simply and clearly, which I truly appreciated. Afterward, she told me what to be aware of and to come back if I felt it was necessary, called in a prescription for me and arranged for a follow-up in a few days. The entire process was efficient as a business yet concerned about my comfort and needs. Having never been here before, I was definitely impressed with my visit.
