The receptionist, Claudia, was incredibly patient with me and my insurance issue. She never once gave attitude despite how busy she got while helping me.

I am a PA for many years-now retired. The other urgent care on Atlantic Ave off Lyons Road chooses not to hire PAs I am also quite active in the national PA organization. I tell all friends at Valencia Cove and Valencia Bay to use you as I have and my family has and have found your clinicians to be excellent as well as polite and caring. Thanks.

The staff, cleanliness, hours of operation.

I was treated with respect, kindness, and compassion. The receptionist was excellent. I think her name was Jan. She has such great customer skills that really stand out as you walk into the business. Dr. Perry Beckstrom was excellent. He was very thorough and was so so knowledgeable in helping me understand my options. My experience was positive and non-stressful. I do not recall the nurse’s name but she too was very awesome on the date I visited with Dr. Perry Beckstrom on 5-13-21.

The wait time and price beats the ER hands down. But there is no reason family members can’t be together anymore in a unbusy waiting room. Thanks
