The wait was not bad as they called me on my phone to come inside. PA William was excellent. Answered all my questions and was very thorough and nice. If I knew I would get him every time I would always go there. Also, the the location was very convenient for me. Last time I was there, I had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital and the fire department/ambulance is right next to Care Spot. I never knew I had any kind of problems with my blood pressure until I was there. That is not even the reason I went there. They also took extra precautions due to Covid.

I WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF. GREGORY JACKSON, THE FNP, DID A GOOD JOB OF TAKING OF ME. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO LET ME KNOW IF MY INSURANCE WOULD COVER X-RAYS OR OTHER COSTS, SO I DECLINED TO HAVE THE X-RAY DONE.
