It’s easy to get an appointment . Front desk is helpful when checking in and answering questions.I have seen 3 Doctors there. 2 of them ( Dr Lopez and Dr Dailey) have been excellent. They have great bedside manners .

The reception area was welcoming as well as the staff out front. The nursing staff and doctor were very friendly! The Covid testing appointment was extremely quick, once all of the paperwork was completed!

I had two wonderful experiences at Carespot on 2nd. They got me in as quickly as they could. Everyone I encountered was polite and in a good mood which makes a huge difference when you’re sick and grumpy. All the rooms I went in to were clean and well maintained. If they did well visits I’d go there for them too!

I was very satisfied with the care I received from my provider. However, the receptionist didn’t let me know the wait time after I asked her and it was over two hours. I was there for shortness of breath and difficulty breathing associated with asthma, but there were 4 patients brought back before me, even though I got there before they did and I saved my spot online. When the receptionist brought me and several other patients back to our rooms, she told each of us that the nurse would be right with us, that she was in X-ray. It was another 45 minutes before I was even seen. Overall, I was happy with the provider, but not with the front desk receptionist.
