Amy Bussom at your Dunn Avenue Location in Jax, FL was so nice and willing to help my get some documentation signed for me to be cleared for my surgery. I know working in an Urgent setting can be fast paced, stressful, and intense, and with all that going on Amy still went over and beyond to assist me she gets 5 stars in my book. Staff like Amy make life easier especially in an urgent environment.
