Most of your staff is kind and courteous, they speak to my 2 year old very nicely. You office is fairly fast with services which meets our family needs. The last doctor I spoke to is a very kind man. He sat with me to talk about our potential exposure what he sees daily and just explains in details to help me be more comfortable. I was very happy with our last visit with you all.

I was extremely pleased with the staff at the Care Spot on Cesery Blvd. here in Jacksonville. I was having a serious problem breathing and had tried to get in to see someone, but because of the symptoms I was having had a difficult time. The Care Spot did make an appointment for me, did do a chest Xray and sent me to the hospital directly. I was very grateful for the care I was given, and how very professional the staff were! Thank you!

Very conveniently located. Easily accessible on Wonder World Dr., good parking, waiting room large enough for comfortable social distancing, pretty quick access to a health professional, and quick resolution of my problem. They were polite and professional. My Go-To for non-emergency issues.

The entire staff: front desk, nurse and PA were very courteous and professional when tending to my 81 year old Mom. Her primary physician is not seeing patients with fever at this time.Thanks for the care ❤ provided to Mom. God bless each of you!
