From start to finish! We came in at 7:15pm as the final patient of the day for my three year old son who had a nasty cough. The woman working the front desk, on Saturday 4/24/21, who had been there all day long, was so kind, professional, and helpful over the phone when scheduling, and when we arrived at 7. We had been to the doctors numerous times over the last two weeks over my sons sickness and left without clear answers each time. more questions arose for me as new symptoms were presented. I was worried somehow that being the last patient of the day would leave the doctor, nurses and staff tired, short, perhaps irritated with my questions or needs, or rushed with the appointment, but that was not the case at all. The nurses were wonderful. Doctor Michael Webb was the most patient, caring, compassionate, respectful and thorough doctor we have seen in a long time. He ran numerous tests for me to do everything possible to identify potential causes, and sent off cultures for my peace of mind. Our time ran over 8pm when they were due to close. He let my three year old son play with gloves, ace bandage, even a blood pressure checker.. he remained calm and patient with him and I. It was a wonderful experience!

Easy to make an appointment. The lady was great about explaining the process. Count on waiting awhile. I arrived at 1:50 PM for a 2:00 PM Appt. but wasn’t taken back until 2:40 PM. Minimal paperwork. Bring photo ID & payment for TB Test.
