The front desk person was very cordial. I was taken to a room even quicker than anticipated. The nurse was very kind and acknowledgeable. The doctor was prompt and soon I was on my way home.

They did fit me in, even though I did not have and appointment and it was after 7 pm. However, I was surprised that I needed an appointment to be seen at urgent care.
