Very kind nurse and doctor. Nurse Chris was a pleasure to talk to and was very thorough in his work. I appreciated the fact that despite the ECG coming back normal, the doctor did not dismiss my symptoms and experience.

I went in for a problem with my elbow after falling at the golf course. I wasn’t sure if it was dislocated or broken. After filling out my info and seeing my arm, the person at the desk suggested I go to emergency. Although Medpost would be able to take X-rays they would not be able to help if it were broken or dislocated. He was kind enough to allow me to stay in the office until my husband arrived as I could not drive. He also said I could leave my car. I was in emergency at St Jude closer to my house until 10pm. I called the next morning to see if my car was still there and if it would be ok if we picked it up in the afternoon. The person who answered went to check on my car and said it was not a problem to come back later. Although I didn’t use Medpost, the staff was friendly and helpful. My family lives in the area and I will definitely recommend Medpost HB.

Everyone at MedPost Kids (Edgemere, El Paso, TX) is always super friendly. They show our 7 year-old lots of empathy and listen to him describe what is wrong. They do an equally great job of keeping us, his parents, informed of what is going on. Plus, the wait is seldom very long.
