The ability to get my complaint, a pinched nerve, taken care of before my flight home. Staff very nice. Just wish I hadn’t had to wait so long, about 1 hour before being done but then again Kaiser has spoiled me.

Very professional. They took us as walk-ins, was able to diagnose our symptoms and provide the meds necessary. Both my husband and I were pleased with how everything was handled.

The staff was very friendly and really took the time to listen to, and address my concerns. The doctor was very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. I left feeling better treated than I had from visits with my former pcp, whom I had seen for several years.
