The front receptionist was personable and didn’t just treat you like a number, like other urgent cares. The doctor was thorough and had good bedside manner.

I have been going to CareSpot for over a year now for employee related to Covid tests. My employer requires me to be tested every three weeks. Every time I go in I have an appointment scheduled and the staff is always very nice and helpful and they know who I am which is very nice so I continue to go there.

I was able to get in quickly, get seen and have my medication sent to pharmacy all within a half hour of my appointment time. I was treated very well and everyone was courteous.

Check in was fast and efficient, I only had to wait about 5 minutes before I was called to the back. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable.

Easy to electronically get in line. Upon arrival check in was simple and swift. Saw the doctor quickly and received an accurate diagnosis and prescription which had me feeling better within hours. Dr. Oshiki was thorough in his assessment as he listened carefully and checked for additional symptoms beyond those presented initially. I felt confident I was in good hands.

The attending doctor. Kris Hall, was experienced, attentive, and diagnosed and treated my situation accurately. He explained everything very kindly and patiently. Luis, the assistant was extremely kind and attentive as well. He gave me two shots and I did not feel a thing. Beto, the other assistant was also very kind. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet I believe her name was Yvette but I’m not positive. I am thankful to have bern treated by such wonderful professionals. They all had a great attitude
