When walking in to the waiting room you automatically get such a warm greeting that you almost forget that your not feeling well. Most of the time when I think of urgent cares I think of long waits, grumpy staff, and a dread to have to be there. However, anytime I have ever come to this. Urgent care it has been the extreme opposite of that thought. The staff member at the front desk is always smiling and greeting you so warmly, the nursing staff is so sweet and caring, and the doctors are all so kind and really try and put your worries and fears to rest. This is why this is the only urgent care my family and I will go to.

Simple sign in process, desk staff with great personalities, knowledgeable efficient nurses and a doctor that not only is good, but is personable as well. Rare to find all those in one facility.

Everyone was very polite and greeted me/made me feel welcome. They also listened and definitely tried to help get to the root of my problem. Everything was very clean, and precautionary measures were taken for all incoming clients—socially distanced chairs, sanitizing station as you walk in the front door, etc. I give them 10 stars and 2 thumbs up for sure!!

The front desk person was able to get my daughter in quick. The Dr and nurse were very careful while treating my daughter wound. Great patient care and fast service.
