I did not have to wait long to see the doctor.. The doctor is very professional and kind. I was able to get an appointment the same day. The secretary was also very efficient.

The staff was amazing. Visits to quick care are usually horrible because the staff snap and frown and do t want people there, it was so nice to actually have them be pleasant and tolerant. I’m sure I’m as annoying as anyone can be but it isn’t intentional , they handled questions with grace and compassion. This was just the front area staff. The nurse and NP were also extremely nice , they listened but were still efficient , we didn’t feel rushed or just a passing annoyance , but they remained professional and quick. We have been here before and we intact left after waiting over 4 hours while being glared at and snapped at by the front office staff, so I was not looking forward to having to return, it’s been 2 plus years and either it’s new staff or some great training has occurred. Congratulations the staff is an asset . Thank you.
