It’s easy to get an appointment, the place is clean, physical distancing set up, the people caring and professional and the medical staff knowledgeable and compassionate. The only complaint I have is I needed to give a urine sample and there was no place inside the restroom to put down my bag or sit the specimen container while try to open the alcohol packet etc. Really? To force patients to set everything on the bathroom floor???
