On my first-time visit, I was a walk-in — didn’t know then that I could call ahead and make an appointment. There wasn’t a lot of paperwork to complete (I had been referred by Kaiser.), and I saw the Nurse Practitioner in Palm Desert who called the LaQuinta office to make sure I’d be able to get an x-ray there. Everyone was friendly, professional, and got to me quickly.
