Starting with the person at the front desk, people are there to help and are kind and friendly. The person at the front desk let me know that I could save money by not using my insurance. The PA, Michelle Frost was extremely nice and considerate. I was seen quickly

I have received excellent care the 2 times I have been to the Care Spot. I am in the Baptist Health system so I already have confidence that I will receive good care at the Care Spot. So happy to have it nearby.

The APRN Jessica who took care of me was truly wonderful! She took time to explain everything in great detail. The check-in staff was courteous and the medical assistant who did my vitals was very professional.
