The PA who worked with my daughter was great with her and helped her calm down for a tick removal. When he left the room she actually said the tick was cute and she was so excited she helped lasso the tick. It could have been stressful for her, but it turned into a positive experience she told all her family about and was sad I didn’t take a picture of her special appointment.

The young man and lady that worked the desk were extremely sweet and patient with me. Nothing was going right and I was very frustrated with the paperwork that was not already there from workmans comp. I had a headache all day went early to the appt to wait for 40 min to figure out how for them to get the paper work to go through. Y’all need to do something about your fax because it wouldn’t go through that way or email the guy finally talked to them and figured out something. I hating having to wait with all the COVID people and he told me I could sit in the car after I had already been in the lobby for almost an hour. I finally gave up because I was waiting over an hour and they had not called me back yet and I really didn’t want to be in such a sick place with having a hip flexor problem. The 2 at the desk went over and beyond to try to make things work

I made my appointment on line and was seen as soon as I got there. Everyone was courteous and explained everything clearly and provided written information for me to take home. They also filled the prescription which helped with my discomfort immediately.

I would have preferred to see more safety measures taken for example there was no safety measures no barrier or glass separating the potentially sick from your employees in the recaption area

It was fast, professional and personable at the same time. We didn’t have an appointment, got there 8AM & were out by 8:44.
