I went there on Tuesday evening and explained that i needed the covid testing result before the Friday night flight. My destination (Korea) requires a negative result within 3 days of flight departure (in my case it needed to be Tuesday or after) I did it on Sunday afternoon in my town (Orange county) and unfortunately got the result in just one day on Monday night, which made it 4 days prior to departure. I went to Paso Robles urgent care during my business trip after work to do it again, being desperate. The nurse and doctor that I talked to both listened to my situation carefully and gave me a lot of advice and guidance based on their experience there. Doc was pretty confident that I could get the result on time, but the ultimate decision was on me, of course. I just got the result back today on Friday morning, which i am so relieved. Now i can head to the airport tonight with no worries. Thank you so much for helping me.

I was able to get an early appt. even though I called the same day. The location was short-handed that day, only having one PA on duty, but they kept everyone well informed and moved everyone along as quickly as possible. I had a wait, but only 1/2 hr. past my appt. time. The receptionist was very busy as well, and was very professional and helpful to everyone.

Your delivery of COVID-19 related safety measures at this facility was well evident. The staff was pleasant and provided clear instructions and guidance. The pre-hire DT process was smooth which made for a quick visit.
