The waiting time was minimal, the stuff was very friendly and caring. The PA was really nice and compassionate. My experience over all was GREAT

Everyone – from the front desk , the person taking vitals , the PA , and the x-ray technician was cheerful , helpful, and courteous. Had made an appointment. Still had a bit of a wait, but overall received prompt attention and care.

I was checked in, vitals checked and into exam right away with no appointment or emergency needs. I was examined right away and evaluation discussed, after which I didn’t wait ten minutes for an RN to come in, explain test result expectations, findings, medications and exit instructions. I will no longer dread having to be assessed by a medical professional as long as Urgent Care is around the corner.
