I’ve always been happy with the service I’ve received from Care Spot. Things that are important to me that I receive there are 1. Friendly customer service, 2. Short wait times, 3. Attention to detail regarding my symptoms, 4. Pragmatic approach to treatment – the list goes on…. I always turn to Care Spot when some acute ailment and I’ve never been disappointed with my treatment.

They were very kind and patient with me. I was in so much pain with a UTI and then could not urinate when I got there but they were patient and gave me water and made me feel comfortable despite not being able to urinate but a few drops

Even though they could not help with me condition they were very considerate and professional. They helped get me through waiting at er and I appreciate all their help. I am very satisfied and would definitely use them again 😊
