I LOVE that I have the choice between walk in or making an appt. LOVE that I don’t have to fill out pages of history and other paperwork that most of the time isn’t relevant (and you all asked me the relevant questions related to what was going on). Thank you so much for being willing to drain the blisters in a sterile way (wouldn’t have been sterile at my home). My foot felt much better as soon as they were drained. Thanks so much to the doctor and assistants… you were all so wonderful, helpful!! I waited a day to change the dressing (and give you feedback), to give it some time to heal. My foot looks good!! It’s healing wonderfully!! No new blisters. Was able to change the dressing with the supplies you gave me, and I use a knee high stocking to hold the dressings in place (and then put on my compression stocking… which feels really good as my leg is quite swollen from being without for a couple days). Continuing with the antibiotic as ordered. Thank you so much for all you did!! I hope that Kaiser continues having a contract with your facility as it’s been the best Urgent Care I’ve gone to since I moved to the desert. Thank you also for helping me look for my keys (which were in our driveway under the carport at home). Hoping I don’t need Urgent Care again, but if I do.. hoping it’s with you all!!

I appreciate that we can make appointments even for urgent needs. Got an X-ray and the radiologist read it within 15 minutes. The facility is peaceful and clean. Great care.
