Responsive and accommodating. Easy appointment process. I arrived at a clinic different then the one scheduled and the receptionist immediately corrected my error by canceling appointment at original clinic and rescheduling me for one immediately at her clinic. My wait was no longer than had I shown up on time at the correct clinic. I was seen and treated within 45 minutes of my arrival. That was a pleasant surprise all things considered. Shannon was the consummate Nurse, personable and professional.

Very pleased how I was received and taken care of. I owed balance on account that I did not know of but the front desk staff did not chew me up, or turn me away. The Dr. And testing tech is also very pleasant. I don’t have well care Insurance any longer so your fees was high for me. Care Spot is the place to go I will recommend. Thank you.
