Both the nurse and doctor were very nice and reassuring. The doctor explained everything including what may be wrong with me, my choices from the appointment onward, and he did it all in a kind way which I thought was awesome.

The staff seemed to be efficient and attentive. The wait in the waiting room was short. Thomas Downey seemed competent and did a good job of trying to identify the problem. Unfortunately, the problem wiil require more tests and analysis than is available at CareSpot. Good effort overall.

This was our first visit to Care Spot. I went online to book an available time which made it easy. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The gentlemen who took care of me was very nice and quickly took care of my problem. I feel much better now. I will come back to Care Spot if I need care again.
