Didn’t have a long wait. Staff helpful. Nurse who flushed my ear was particularly proficient (a service I need on occasion and dread having done.) Used this location once before (pre-Covid and for a different problem) when my doctor was closed for a holiday. Felt equally comfortable both times.

The staff is courteous, fast and efficient. They saw to my needs as quickly as was possible. Whenever I mention that I have or had to go to Urgent care I make sure I say that Care Spot is where I go.
