I really appreciated the calm and helpful reception. The ease of making an appointment online. The minimal check in ‘paperwork’. The friendly and comforting staff. And the attending PA Tim did an excellent job of listening to me, explaining the mechanics of my pain and coming up with a treatment plan.

Friendly staff. The PA who saw me was very helpful. I have been waiting for a covid vaccination for months, and she gave me a link to Baylor Scott and awhite, saying they had appointments available, and now I am getting my first shot Monday!

The ladies Ty and Asia at the front desk are so courteous and helpful. I choose this Carespot specifically because the front desk staff are so friendly. When you are not feeling well it’s nice to see a friendly smile when you walk in.
