Everyone was very prompt, polite, and professional. Sheila at the front desk was very welcoming and patient when instructing me on how to fill out the iPad. Tammy, my nurse, was extremely personable and professional. She asked permission before touching my arm and sympathetic to me being sick. My ARNP Rita did a wonderful job explaining my medication and how to care for myself while at home. Over all, the whole experience was very pleasant although I was very sick. My only complaint is that the soap dispenser was broken and the toilet could use some bleach.

The service was great however a family member went to get Covid tested as a walk in and he was sent away because he did not have an appointment. Mind you the place was completely empty .. When I called which was Sunday March 14, the gentlemen I spoke with stated they were all booked. However I had to run an errand and noticed the lobby was empty. I walked in and out in 5 minutes. Why is this facility sending people away or stating they are booked when in fact they are not. On a good note the staff was very nice

I really appreciated that I was able to walk-in without an appointment for my injury, and I was tended to right away and didn’t have to wait long. The doctor was very thorough as she treated me and explained the different treatment options.
