Naomi is awesome. The appt was to make and the process was also seem less. No waiting. My results were back in 24 hours. However, for some reason my birthdate was input incorrectly so I was unable to get the full report. I needed this to travel. Naomi has been working with labcorp to get the accurate results. Her commitment to helping the situation has been wonderful. While it is out of her control, her follow up and keeping me informed and helping find a solution is above and beyond. The situation is still not fixed but the way she has handle it has been absolute perfection. Knowing the care goes beyond walking out the door is great.
