I usually hate going to any type of urgent care because I feel like a burden, but the one I went to in Clermont near Citrus Tower made me wish I could make them my PC. The staff was incredibly kind. My nurse (I believe her name was Christina) was so sweet and understanding of everything I was dealing with. Dr. James had a dad like energy and between the two of them I felt very cared for. Rather than quickly diagnosing me, he was thorough, kept me until I was stable enough for him, and checked in with me to make sure whatever tests he wanted to run was okay by me… like I had a say in my body. I was very grateful for the team that day.
