Every one at the branch were very polite. Before going to the North Indio branch I called the La Quinta one. For some reason the person told me that school Physical Exams for my child were not offered at the branch and needed to call his provider. In the past, we had used the services at this branch for the same reasons….I am sad seen that the services are not offered in all the branches.

My LPN Jenny at Monument jax fl was super nice and took her time with me.. really liked her alot and it was by appointment so only 1 person was in lobby waiting.. wait time was long but I understand after my appointment. Thank you so much for helping me. Alex G

The nurse Ashley made me feel so comfortable, asked all the right questions and listened to my concerns while carefully documenting everything. She was awesome! Dr. Perez was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and I left feeling like I had met my family doctor.

I like that I can schedule online. I also wasn’t sure if I would need to take my daughter to the ER, so they were willing to evaluate her and, if I had to go to the ER, they would refund my co-pay.
