Everything! The staff was very attentive, kind, and considerate when I told them I had my toddler in the car and if they could wave me in when they could see my teenage daughter. The doctor was also very attentive and explained to my daughter in detail what he thought happened with her injury and how to best take care of it. I do not know the exact spelling of the doctors name but he has always been very kind and even offers words of encouragement on the girls education and the injury. We have seen him at least three times and he has always been the same; which, I think is important because my daughter remains comfortable going to the Cibolo location.

They were so compassionate, especially considering the nature of my injuries. My daughter will be attending Texas state in the fall, and it’s good to know there will be someone she can count on if she ever needs an urgent care.

Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. It was crowded when I arrived and they continually were attentive to our situation. The clinician and doctor were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.
