Staff was excellent; the protocols for COVID actually make it more likely that I would use CareSpot again. It was faster, I waited in the car, not the uncomfortable lobby for hours and things seemed to move along more smoothly.

I have utilized several CareSpots in and around Jacksonville over the years, the westside facility on Normandy is always the busiest. Even so, the staff is courteous and ensures that all who are waiting are treated fairly and as quickly as possible. In addition, the doctors and other medical staff are “top-notch!” I had a workman’s comp claim recently and Dr. Columbo was terrific! He is very knowledgeable and approaches the treatment of patients with the utmost care and consideration. I would highly recommend him.
