Awesome services!! The front staff were very courteous and professional. Very helpful in helping me filling out the check in tablet. The Nurse Practitioner Jenny Lu was top notch, very knowledgeable and professional. Great bed side manner as well.

I have always gone to care spot. Usually I am very happy with the services And the care that I get. I was very dialysis this time. First the nurse was sniffling all over the place. Yes, she was covered up, but I don’t think allergies would make that. Then second three nurse practitioner was not kind or helpful. I have been at three facility many times over the years for the same issue andv they usually are very nice and listen to my issues. She seemed to not want to be bothered. Didn’t even look at my ears, even though the last time I was there they were clogged. She only seemed concerned with doing a covid test, which I knew I did not have. I had already been tested that week and I have the vaccine. Next time I come I will probably ask whom is on before coming in. I was not happy with this provider.

It is easy to go online and make an appointment. I went in and registered and then waited in my car until they were ready for me to see the doctor. He came in within 5 minutes and my visit was completed within 10 minutes. Very satisfied.

Very fast, Nurse Practioner was very professional and had great bedside manners. She took the time to answer all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. Assistant was really nice also.
