Dr. Amor was outstanding. There was no waiting. The staff was excellent. Jennifer the x ray technician was very good and went above and beyond by informing me if I waited a 1/2 hour she would have the written report. I did wait and received the report and appreciated the timeliness. 10 out of 10 Two months ago in the Palm Desert office Dr, Smith did an outstanding job also to clean out my ears which were causing an ear ache. I had a lot of wax build up.. Again your staff there was outstanding. FYI- I went to Indio after calling La Quinta. First 32 minutes on hold. Did not even get Hello out of my mouth before I was told to Hold. After 32 minutes hung up called again. Same thing. This time I waited two minutes. Immediately called again. Same thing. Could not even say hello before being told to hold. Im getting P.O.ed. After 2 minutes I called 4th time. Same thing. I waited 8 minutes and gave up. Your La Quinta location probably loses you $50K per yr. Would never call that office again. Other two offices are first class. QUESTION: IS YOUR SUPERVISING DOCTOR ADAM HERMAN BAUER? I received a form from Kaiser auditor and you’re the only outside doctor I have seen. If so please reply yes (or no ) to [EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED] Thank you

The front desk representative, the nurse and the Dr. were all great. Friendly, welcoming and professional which is what a patient wants when not feeling well. Highly recommend to everyone.
