CareSpot is a very professional urgent care facility. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The physician I saw on two occasions (for 2 different issues) was knowledgeable, caring and extremely helpful. No long waiting times during any of my visits. In fact, very short, even when there were several patients in the waiting room. also, when the nurse took me to the exam room and checked my vitals, the physician entered within 5 minutes This facility is very organized. I didn’t know before my initial visit, but, you can also schedule an appointment. No one deserves a ‘bad’ medical emergency experience, especially when in pain. Thank you CareSpot Staff, for the service you provide.
