At the time I went, the wait time was very reasonable. They took the time to assess my situation and took care of it. I would recommend going there if your regular doctor is unavailable.

I went early on a Sunday morning. The staff was kind courteous and expeditious. I am new in the area and was a little lost so I walked in to MedPost thinking I was it another urgent care facility. How ever I was in such pain and the immediate determined that they except it my insurance. They ran the labs, the doctor saw me, I had my prescriptions and I was on my way within the hour

I live in South Carolina, and after not seeing my grandkids in JAX for over a year, the wife and I ventured forth (after getting both our COVID shots) to see them for the oldest one’s 9th birthday. While visiting them in JAX, I was stricken with severe gout pain–so severe, I could not sleep on Saturday night. I looked online to find a “ready care” facility nearby, where I could look for some immediate relief. I was happy to find your facility on Monument Av. was going to be open at 8 a.m. on the Sunday morning. Had my wife take me over there, at 7:59, the young man that unlocked the door for us, took down all my info(I.D., insurance, etc.) very expeditiously. I was seen almost immediately by a nurse (LaRisha,I think), who took my vitals, and asked about symptoms. Then I was seen by Jenny Cooke, PA. Extremely professional, sympathetic, and helpful. She ordered an injection, which was administered by LaRisha. and wrote me two prescriptions which I took to the nearby Walgreens(with whom I have PDP insurance). And I was immediately squared away, to the point where I was comfortable driving home to South Carolina on the Monday, using that right foot for brake and gas pedals. THANK YOU!

It was fast and convenient, however, the receptionist could be more attentive and friendlier. She looked like she didn’t want to be there and was busy chatting with the medical assistant.
